A traveller may receive a refund for a ticket if they cancel a Volaris flight within 24 hours of purchasing it, according to the Volaris refund policy. In contrast, if the passenger cancels the reservation after 24 hours, the airline will impose a cancellation fee and the remaining sum will be credited as a Volaris cancellation refund to the original source of payment. Passengers must be aware that all bookings that are cancelled by Volaris within 7 days before the scheduled departure of the flight will not be eligible for a refund.
